These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of any project we might build for you. Work is always governed by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and nothing on this site replaces one or commits either of us to one.
What this website is
This site describes what MAKA Studio does and invites you to start a conversation. Everything on it is provided for information.
Descriptions of services, capabilities and ways of working are general. They are not an offer, a quotation, a warranty of any outcome, or a promise that a particular result can be achieved for a particular business. What we can actually do for you, on what timeline and at what price, is settled in writing after we have talked.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice. Decisions about your own business are yours, and you should take proper advice before making them.
Accuracy
We keep this site current and truthful to the best of our ability. It claims no clients, results or endorsements that are not real. Even so, we do not warrant that every page is complete, current or free of error, and we may change or remove anything on it at any time without notice.
Intellectual property
The MAKA Studio name, the mark, the brand film, the layout, the code and the words on this site belong to MAKA Studio or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright and trade mark law.
You are welcome to read the site, link to it, and quote a short passage with attribution. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or reuse the film, the mark or substantial parts of the design or copy for your own or anyone else's commercial purposes without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain access to anything that is not published on it, to disrupt or overload it, to scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or to reuse its content in a way these terms prohibit.
Links to other sites
This site links out to Instagram and to WhatsApp. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement of anything you might find there.
Availability
The site is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that it will work with every device or browser, or that it will be free of faults. We may take it down, change it or discontinue it at any time.
